다음과 같은 에러가 발생했을때는, vscode에서 anaconda를 이용하여 가상환경을 만들때 생기는 에러이다.

3. Path 에서 Anaconda/Library/bin

 

마지막에 bin까지 세부 경로를 설정 변경해줬을때 해결 할 수 있었다
