cannot import name 'image' from 'PIL' 에러

자꾸만 이런류의 에러가 뜬다면,

ImportError: cannot import name 'image' from 'PIL'

 

 

 

# 코랩과 같은 상황에서 PIL 더 적절함
from PIL import image

 

해결방법 1

!pip install --no-index -f https://dist.plone.org/thirdparty/ -U PIL
!pip install Pillow
!pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall pillow

모두 쥬피터 노트북 상태에서 실행한다는 가정이다

 

 

해결방법 2

stackoverflow에 나와있는 내용이지만,

 

For me, I had typed image with a lower case "i" instead of Image. So I did:

from PIL import Image NOT from PIL import image

 

보면 Image 모듈을 불러올때, 대문자가 아닌 소문자로 인해서 생길 수 있는 에러일수도 있다
